Adam Levine

Biography

A New Jersey native, Adam decided to flee the cold for brighter pastures. After graduating from Tulane University in 2017, Adam moved out to Los Angeles to become a construction worker at the Mayumi Hotel in Culver City. Starting off sweeping floors, he worked his way up to become a project manager within his first year. Once completed, he set his focus on creative office conversions on the Westside, managing a 30,000 square foot project on 2nd Street in Downtown Santa Monica. Adam leveraged his experience in construction management to become a broker and joined Lee and Associates in the Summer of 2020. Adam’s unique perspective working around developers, contractors, architects, and engineers and being exposed to the process from start to finish allows him to offer his clients the most extensive knowledge when it comes to making their decisions. Having joined the industry during a real estate recession, he has built an unprecedented resilience and work ethic. Adam has a rare understanding of both his landlords' and tenants' visions and can deliver quality results in a fast-paced manner.
