Biography
Andrew Doan is an associate with Lee & Associates - West Los Angeles. Specializing in representing office, flex, and industrial tenants, Andrew takes great pride in helping companies scale and control costs through their real estate.
In today’s rapidly changing world, organizations are facing overwhelming logistical challenges. Andrew has been instrumental in helping companies throughout Los Angeles formulate their plans of getting back into a physical workspace.
Before pursuing commercial real estate Andrew grew up in San Marino, CA, where his grandparents founded their own residential real estate firm in the 1950s. He attended the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado - Boulder majoring in business administration and marketing.
Outside of his professional life, Andrew is an avid golfer, beach goer, and pickleball player. He is also a member of City of Hope’s Childhood Cancer Survivorship Program, contributing to research efforts used towards evaluating post-cancer treatment.
