Billy Garland

Biography

Billy joins Lee & Associates Los Angeles West (“Lee WestLA”) after spending two years with the firm while completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California. During that time, he gained hands-on experience in investment sales, leasing and investor development across a range of properties and submarkets, with particular exposure to creative office, hard tech, industrial and flex properties. Billy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, as well as a minor in Real Estate Development from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. Today, Billy focuses on the sales and leasing of office, industrial and flex properties throughout Greater Los Angeles. A fourth-generation Angeleno, he brings to the business a strong understanding of the city, rigorous training in real estate finance and development, and an appreciation for the opportunity that has long defined Southern California real estate.
