Brad McCoy

Biography

Brad McCoy is a principal at Lee & Associates. A self described, "Recovering Banker", Brad leverages over 25 years experience in real estate and finance experience to help his clients make decisions that maximize value, minimize risk and lower costs.

Brad is comfortable working with and consulting to the Fortune 100 as he is with independent production companies. Prior to Lee & Associates, Brad’s experience included being Southern California Division Manager of Well’s Fargo’s Business Banking Group responsible for SBA and commercial lending to small and mid-sized companies and Executive Vice President responsible for all commercial, retail banking, consumer lending, wealth management and operations for First Federal Bank of California.

Brad’s client list includes a "Who’s Who" of the corporate and entertainment industry and operates as part of a team credited with bringing some of the most innovative and sought after creative office projects to the market.

Brad, his wife Merritt and their two children reside in Pacific Palisades where they’ve been since 1995.
