Brett Colvin

Biography

Brett joined the Lee West LA team shortly after graduating from the University of Oregon where he acquired a degree in Finance from the Lundquist College of Business. He participated in the club water polo program and the Real Estate Investment Group during his time as an undergraduate. Those areas of study are what gave Brett his passion for commercial real estate and helping clients. Brett joined Vaun and Robert’s team as an Associate to focus on the multifamily sector in the lucrative Mid-City, West Adams, and Jefferson Park area which his partners are experts in. Brett focuses on value-add and off-market opportunities that are five units and up. Brett has used his prior experiences to strengthen his analytical, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
