As a Principal at Lee & Associates with nearly fifteen years of commercial real estate experience spanning mixed-use development, creative office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and complex deal structures, Christie brings a versatile and development-informed perspective to her work as a real estate advisor. She began her career on the development side with a West Los Angeles group, coordinating acquisitions and analysis for redevelopment projects before transitioning into brokerage. At Lee & Associates, Christie has worked alongside the firm’s top producers, representing landlords, tenants, and investors in acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 exchanges, and redevelopment projects.
Alongside her traditional brokerage, Christie has developed a specialized practice in cannabis real estate and business transactions, where she leverages her exposure to redevelopment, entitlement, and adaptive reuse across multiple product types. Cannabis real estate is inherently multidisciplinary, blending regulatory, operational, and real estate considerations in a way traditional asset classes do not. This combination of experience, coupled with a working understanding of regulatory and licensing processes and a strong industry network, enables her to guide clients through one of the most nuanced and highly regulated asset classes.
