Biography
George Wilson is a Principal at Lee & Associates – West Los Angeles. Having grown up all his life in Santa Monica, CA, George is a native to the Los Angeles market and the West Side.
After graduating from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Real Estate Development and Finance in 2016, George spent 2 years working at Eastdil Secured in their New York City headquarters office.
Through leading analytics on multi-billion-dollar commercial real estate portfolios, George worked on over $3.5 Billion worth of closed deals, JV’s, equity raises, and recapitalizations, some of which were deals he brought to the Firm.
Being equally skilled on the analytical and the relational sides of the business, George thrives in fast-past, collaborative, team-based environments where he can leverage his experience with client-facing and creative thinking to flush out ways to solve problems and get the job done. In his short time with Lee West LA, George has closed multiple sale and lease transactions, stopping short of nothing to achieve results for his growing client roster.
