Biography
Seth Wellisch began his commercial real estate career in 2002. Seth has a deep knowledge of building operations, ownership structures and lease mechanics which he uses to level the playing field for his tenant clients. Over the years, he has represented a broad range of tenants including high-growth entrepreneurial businesses and members of the Fortune 100. Seth thrives on helping his clients to find favorable solutions for complicated problems.
Seth has served as the project leader on several large assignments including Kellwood, ACCO, Puma, MedMen, Maker Studios, New York Times & Dreamscape Immersive.

Seth has served on the board of Shane’s Inspiration and volunteers for Big Brother & Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles and The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
