Born and raised in Newport Beach, Sofia’s passion for real estate was curated at a very young age. Sofia’s grandmother took her along to her open houses growing up which is where Sofia’s affinity for the real estate game began. She carried this fixation into college where she earned her degree from the University of Southern California in Business Administration and Real Estate Development. Sofia has a background in design which is a skill that helps her pair the individual tastes and preferences of her clients with spaces that suit their vision. Sofia specializes in landlord and tenant representation across West LA. Sofia possesses a comprehensive understanding of the intricate workings of the industry and carries a strong grasp of market trends, financial analysis, and negotiation strategies.
