Biography
Travis Majick is an Associate of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura specializing in representing buyers and sellers of multifamily, investment and NNN properties throughout Southern California with a focus on Hollywood and Westside Los Angeles.A seasoned real estate professional, Mr. Majick’s experience spans brokerage, development and mortgage financing, providing a holistic approach to transactions for his clients. His expertise includes analyzing real estate portfolios and providing valuations; performing due diligence; structuring 1031 Exchange transactions; sourcing and marketing properties for highest and best use; and transaction management.Mr. Majick has successfully closed in excess of $150 million of transactions and mortgage originations over the course of his career.His client-centered approach emphasizes nurturing relationships and providing advisory services to ensure buyers and sellers have the resources needed to inform their decision-making and achieve optimum outcomes.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Majick served as an investment broker at KW Commercial and BRC Advisors. Previously he served as junior partner with Crown Pacific Advisors, specializing in distressed real estate assets, and he was a sales manager with New World Mortgage, where he managed a team of 27 employees charged with new business development and loan originations.He is also co-founder and CEO of Ceremony Meditation, a studio providing classes and workshops in meditation arts that evolved from his own personal journey and exploration of social consciousness, mindfulness and healing.
Mr. Majick served in the U.S. Army as a helicopter pilot from 1999 to 2003.
